The topping-out ceremony for the building project Stadlauer Strasse 64 took place on October the 23rd 2019. After a construction period of approx. 15 months, around 35,000 cubic meters of concrete and 3,360 tonnes of reinforcing steel were used for one of the currently largest residential projects in Vienna. Representatives of STRABAG AG, Haring Group GmbH, ZT-Büro DI Ernst Kuttner, BÖHM Stadtbaumeister & Gebäudetechnik GmbH, WGA ZT GmbH and many other participating companies accepted the invitation and jointly toasted the outstanding performance of the construction workers. After being greeted by the site manager, the traditional motto was read out loud in front of the approx. 250 guests and workers by the youngest of all those involved with the construction and then jointly celebrated until the early morning hours! On the next day already the work on the interiors continued and we are looking forward to the completion of the project in autumn of 2020.
