Our WGA running team kicked off the running season with an incredible half marathon! On Sunday 19 April 2026, we took part in the 43rd Vienna City Marathon in Kaisermühlen, feeling very motivated.
Despite the bright sunshine and almost too warm conditions for an ideal run, many of our team members took on the challenge of their first half marathon. The atmosphere was magnificent, and the enthusiastic spectators who cheered us on gave us a huge boost of energy.
This shared experience of running as a team has not only bonded us physically, but emotionally as well. Each of us achieved their individual best result and completed the course in high spirits.
We are proud of what we achieved together and are looking forward to enjoying many more sporting challenges!
