Wagramer Straße 112, Vienna – Ground-breaking ceremony

On 24 March 2026, the ceremonial ground-breaking ceremony for our new residential project took place at Wagramer Straße 112 in Vienna. Together with Deputy District Mayor Karl Gasta, the client NOE Immobilien Development GmbH, the construction partner Voitl & Co. Baugesellschaft m.b.H. and other project stakeholders, we celebrated this important step towards forward-looking housing.
Particularly exciting is the development along the newly redesigned Wagramer Straße, where Vienna’s first ‘street park’ will be created. A green oasis for relaxation and leisure is being created on a 250-metre-long green space that was once dominated by cars. Across a total area of 6,500 square metres, paved surfaces have been removed and transformed into green oases. The central element of the project is the new street park, which is surrounded by the impressive “Mega-Radhighway”. This stretches over a continuous distance of seven kilometres and enables cyclists to travel comfortably from Urania to Kagran.
The location in Vienna’s 22nd district also boasts excellent links to local transport, enabling residents to reach both the city centre and the surrounding leisure facilities quickly. The popular Donauzentrum, offering numerous shopping opportunities, is in the immediate vicinity.
In addition, the Old Danube, renowned for its leisure activities, and the Gänsehäufel recreational area, just a thirty-minute walk away, are ideal for relaxing outings.
This housing project therefore not only enhances the local residential landscape but also contributes to a better quality of life in the region.
We are already looking forward to working closely with everyone involved in the project.
