Vanessa Platzdasch is the managing director of WGA Deutschland GmbH. Since joining WGA ZT GmbH, Vanessa Platzdasch has worked on various projects in all service phases, specialising in submission and implementation planning. In the company, Vanessa Platzdasch has realised several large interdisciplinary new building projects, initially as a project manager and later as a group leader. Vanessa has also been involved in staff planning, recruitment and appraisal processes. She was actively involved in recruiting and onboarding. She brings these years of experience to her role as Managing Director of WGA Deutschland GmbH.
Vanessa Platzdasch studied at the Faculty of Architecture at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and gained her first professional experience while still a student. One of her internships took place in one of the largest offices in South Africa. Here she was able to expand her English skills with specialist vocabulary and work on the implementation planning of several shopping centres. Vanessa Platzdasch gained further expertise while working in an architectural office in Germany, where she was involved in the implementation planning of various school construction projects. Vanessa has continued to build on this expertise during her many years with the company and is currently one of our in-house experts, particularly in the areas of public buildings, healthcare and education.
Currently, Vanessa continues to provide overall project management for large, complex new-build projects, ranging from infrastructure and university buildings to healthcare, residential and social housing.
Since 2022, Vanessa Platzdasch has been a member of the Berlin Chamber of Architects.
