Armin Kamenschek has been with WGA ZT GmbH since October 2025 and has been actively supporting the team with his many years of experience right from the start. Right from the beginning of his career at WGA ZT GmbH, he was able to contribute his extensive knowledge to a large number of projects in the areas of submission, implementation and detailed planning. He combines a solid education in architecture, civil engineering and political science with an interdisciplinary approach to construction processes and their digitalisation. After studying architecture and civil engineering at the Vienna University of Technology, he deepened his knowledge in the areas of project development, sustainable construction and the construction industry. As part of his doctoral studies at the Vienna University of Technology, he researched the use of digital technologies, in particular RFID, BIM and robotics, to optimise construction processes in the sense of smart, data-based project management. After completing his studies, he took on leading technical and organisational roles in the planning, control and execution of complex construction projects. His field of activity encompassed overall project management, client representation and the management of innovative construction processes – from the early concept phase through planning and tendering to execution and commissioning. A key focus of his work is the combination of digitalisation, cost-effectiveness and sustainable construction, as well as the structured implementation of large construction projects with a focus on quality, efficiency and schedule management. He also has extensive further training in the areas of project and risk management, construction management, leadership, quality management and property valuation.
