Wiener Töchtertag

Yesterday, our architecture company hosted the City of Vienna’s Wiener Töchtertag (‘Vienna Daughters’ Day’) – an inspiring day during which girls were able to experience the profession of architecture first-hand. Working in small groups, the participants designed their own dream school and later brought their creative ideas to life using Revit software. It was great fun, and the girls gained valuable insights into design processes, teamwork and digital tools.
We are particularly proud that the proportion of women in our company is higher than that of men. This demonstrates that we foster a culture in which people, with their ideas and skills, take centre stage – regardless of background, gender or religion. Such diversity enriches our projects and promotes both creativity and innovation.
Initiatives such as Daughters’ Day are of great importance, as they help girls discover their career opportunities at an early age and break down stereotypes. Tangible experiences and role models strengthen their ability to make informed decisions about technical and creative professions.
We would like to thank the City of Vienna and all the participants for this enriching day, and we remain committed to supporting girls in the future. Together, we can help young women find their dream job – and we are proud to be an active part of this process.
