The WGA ZT GmbH is delighted about winning the 1st prize for the student residence at the Potsdamer Mitte!
All functional, technical, and design components of our concept follow three principles: Quality of living, sustainability, and transparency. Based on these principles, a contemporary hall of residence with 80 dormitory places will be built, equipped for the future with a flexible structure.
