WGA ZT GmbH wins in cooperation with STRABAG AG the 1st prize for the project parking deck Oberwart!
Efficient, flexible, low-maintenance and user-friendly – the project design meets all these criteria. Directly opposite the main entrance of the new Oberwarter Hospital, a parking deck with four above-ground floors and one underground floor will be built. In two construction phases 318 parking spaces are planned.
In addition, 128 or 40 additional cars can be accommodated outdoors, giving a total potential of 804 parking spaces. The parking deck and the free parking spaces are located in such a way that the distances to the main entrance of the hospital are as short as possible. During the planning phase, the separation of the access systems was also designed in such a way that car traffic and footpaths on the property run without crossroads.
