Now that the essential approvals have been obtained and the existing retaining wall next to Karlingergasse has been secured, the work in the excavation pit at Ameisgasse 28 in the 14th district is in full swing.
The drilled piles have been installed on the northern and eastern property lines. The courtyard building to the southern property boundary does not have a basement and is being constructed between the bored piles and the neighbouring building. The crane foundation is already finished and the crane will rise above the excavation pit in the next few weeks.
