With the building structure already fully completed, it was time for an appropriate celebration, so the topping-out ceremony was held on the 23rd of November 2023.
During this event we took the opportunity to thank everyone who contributed to the project, the implementation team at STRABAG AG, their subcontractors, and, most importantly, the construction workers, because it was their dedication and commitment that ultimately made sure that everything ran efficiently. The traditional speech was read by the youngest of all the building participants to officially complete the Topping-out ceremony. A lot has also happened on the building site. The carpenters have now finished forming the roof slopes, both on the street side and on the inner courtyard side, and the ceiling and flanking insulation have already been installed in the basement. The drywalls have gone up in all of the TOPs and the underfloor heating pipes have been laid.
