Construction progress Anschützgasse 13.11.2017
The construction on Anschützgasse is progressing rapidly. Except for a few apartments, the screed works are completely completed. The double floor is already being laid on the office floors. The radiators are already installed. Sanitary rooms have been tiled and the drywall work is already completed in the apartments.
The terrace railings are standing and the terrace coverings and roof greenings are currently under construction.
With the installation of the mullion-transom facade on the ground floor all windows are now completely assembled. Also the substructures for the roof security, the superior facade construction and the glass roof in the entrance area are mounted. At the same time, the facade of the existing building is being renovated. In the new building, the facade of the yard wing is already completed.
