Some students are already enjoying their new rooms in the north and south wings. The final work in part 3 (south wing) is progressing quickly. Here, the doors and edge mouldings are being fitted so the installation of the interior furnishings can begin. Now the focus is on the middle wing. Demolition and insulation work is almost complete, so all further steps have been initiated. These include drywall work, masonry work, window renovations and HVAC installation work. The construction work is progressing well and is currently on schedule.
