Construction progress Anschützgasse 12.04.2018
The construction work in Anschützgasse is entering its final phase and completion is approaching. The final completion work is currently being carried out in the interiors and the existing facade on Anschützgasse will soon be repainted. The external insulation has already been installed on the existing ground floor and the concrete wedges have taken their final place. Work on the ground floor facade will thus soon be completed. With regard to the outside facilities, only the asphalted access areas, the pavement and the lawns are still missing.
On 05/ 22/ 2018 the apartments will be handed over to the future tenants and by the end of May the office floors will also be handed over.
