Construction progress Cityquartier, Wiener Neustadt 06.09.2018
Since the official start of construction on 27.02.2017, the construction work on all three sites has progressed rapidly.
On site 2, the installation of the external facade insulation in the area of staircases 1, 2 and 3 has been completed and the installation of the external railings in the area of the balconies and terraces has almost been completed. The dry construction work inside the building has been finished and the laying of the parquet flooring in the apartments started. The flooring has already been laid in all the staircases.
The carpentry work on construction site 2’s staircase 4 has now been completed and the façade work is about to be done.
On the construction site 1, the structural work has been carried out and the carpentry work for the roofing is in full swing.
At the rear building on construction site 3 the assembly of the walls on the 3rd floor is currently being worked on.
