Construction progress Cityquartier, Wiener Neustadt 28.11.2017
Since the official start of construction on 27.02.2017 the construction work on plot 2 is progressing rapidly.
In the area of staircases 1, 2 and 3 the construction of the walls on the 3rd floor is completed. In the area of the staircases 2 and 3 the production of the walls in the attic is in process and in the staircase 1 the formwork of the ceiling on the 3rd flooris is being finalized .
The prefabricated elements for the ceiling and walls of the areas around the staircase 4 are constantly delivered to the construction site and in sections where in-situ concrete is used, the necessary formwork and reinforcements are being produced.
On site 1, the excavation is almost complete and the cleanliness layer is being concreted. In the coming days, the reinforcement of the floor slab in the street-side section will begin.
