The building works on Plot 2 are moving ahead rapidly! Construction of the walls in the area of stairwells 1, 2 and 3 has been completed. On staircase 3, the concrete ceiling on the top floor has been finished and the carpenters have already started working on the roof structure. On staircases 1 and 2 construction of the concrete ceiling on the top floor will be completed very soon. The prefabricated parts for the element ceilings and walls in the area around staircase 4 are currently being delivered to the construction site or the formwork and reinforcements needed for sections where in-situ concrete is being used on the 2nd floor are currently being manufactured. Excavations have already been completed on building site 1, the granular sub-base has been applied everywhere and nearly all of the floor plate has been concreted. The first supports and walls are now up in the section of the basement by the street on the Gymelsdorfer Gasse side.
