Construction progress Cityquartier, Wiener Neustadt 11.06.2018
On all three construction sites the construction work is progressing rapidly. On lot 1, in the area of staircases 1, 2 and 3, the installation of the external facade insulation is almost complete and the installation of the external railings in the area of balconies and terraces is already very far advanced.
The dry construction work inside the building is close to completion.
The carpentry work on staircase 4 is about to be completed and the facade work will also begin here in the foreseeable future.
On site 1, the walls on the second floor are being constructed and the concreting of the ceiling above the second floor has begun in the front part of the building, which is located on Gymelsdorfer Gasse.
The ceiling above the basement of the rear lot 3 is already concreted and construction of the first wall sections on the ground floor has already begun.
