In June 2019, the construction work for the Educational Campus Seestadt Aspern Nord in Sonnenallee 116 started. For the time being, the digging pit was secured, followed by further digging work. The container village and the construction site equipment were assembled almost simultaneously. In the meantime, the earth drilling work has been completed and three cranes have already been used. In order to be able to efficiently use the site for the construction work, the site was split into four construction phases. As a result, construction work on the entire site can be carried out according to a very tight schedule, preferably simultaneously. In one section (transformer room), the basement walls have already been completed and the work is progressing rapidly.
