The overall completion is slowly getting closer. The building shell is now completely finished, the mullion-transom façade, the lift and the windows have been installed. The dry construction work in the flats has already been completed and the screed has been laid and cured. In the basement, the ceiling has been insulated and the last Promat ducts have been installed so that the floor could then be sealed with no problems. The next step is to lay the floors in the interior and finalise the electrical installations. At the same time, the composite thermal insulation system is being attached to the façade and plastered. Once this work has been completed, the balcony railings that have already been manufactured can be fitted and work can begin on the outdoor area.
