After the start of construction in October 2018, the work in the basement has already been completed.
The walls and columns on the ground floor have been constructed and the slab above the ground floor is currently being shaped on the construction site.
The balcony slabs were delivered to the construction site and will be joined to the slab by means of an Isokorb. By using prefabricated walls and element slabs, the upper floors can be installed in a very short time. With this system, the structural framework of an entire storey can be erected in as little as two weeks.
