Construction progress Wagramer Strasse 38 30.08.2017
Since the start of construction in March, much has been done and the shell is soon completed. The interior development of the terraced houses is proceeding rapidly and the installation of the windows is almost completed. The drywall work is in full progress and work on the floor construction can be started soon. The waterproofing on the terraces was executed and the Steildach will be finished in KW 35.
In the street-side building on Wagramer Strasse, the walls were made on the second floor and the ceiling was concreted in KW 36. Even now you can enjoy the impressive view of the Old Danube. Soon the shell will be finished and here, too, interior design may begin.
