Some progress can be seen on the building site of Effenbergplatz. In building section 2, along Kaisermühlenstraße, the shell was successfully completed. The sloped concrete is now being produced on the roof and in the area of the inner courtyard. Meanwhile, in component 1, along the underground station, the walls on the 8th floor are being erected. The interior work is also progressing quickly. The substructures have already been erected up to the 5th floor. At the same time, the installations in the flats in component 2 are starting.
