As our employees are always interested in internal site visits, one was organised last Friday on the ongoing construction project at Effenbergplatz.
The WGA team took the opportunity to discuss some key issues and ask questions about both the planning and completion of the project. The current progress of the construction, the attractive arrangement of the tiles and the light incidence in the staircases and their different designs were also topics of the site visit. Another topic was the design of the roof terrace, which offers a wonderful panoramic view over Vienna.
During the tour of the sample apartments, the visitors were able to get an impression of the homely furnishings and the pleasant feeling of space. Finally, the benefits of geothermal energy, an independent and sustainable source of energy, were discussed in detail.
For the staff of WGA ZT GmbH, the event was a valuable opportunity to explore and exchange information on various aspects of the Effenbergplatz project.
