On Tuesday, 16/11/2021, the foundation stone was laid for a special project in Vienna’s 22nd district. Together with our client, Haring Group Bauträger GmbH, and Arch. Dipl.-Ing. Regina Freimüller-Söllinger, we developed a residential building that has the essential infrastructure for the residents on the ground floor. It is located between the Danube embankment motorway, the southeast tangent, and the U2 underground line. Apart from the existing transport infrastructure at the location, local recreation is also available with the new Danube and the Danube Island in the immediate vicinity. The flats, which are available in a range of sizes, offer the features you would expect from contemporary housing. The heating and cooling energy required for the project will also be obtained in an environmentally friendly and sustainable manner using deep probes. We are looking forward to the rest of the construction period and seeing how this project develops.
