End of construction Eckertstrasse 09.02.2018
The project Eckertstrasse 30 is successfully completed.
The handover of the apartments in our building part to Erste Immobilien KAG took place on February 8 – 9. At that time, the kindergarten was already in operation for six months. While the apartments are being occupied, the subsequent components of the Campus Eggenberg will be given their final touch. The city of Graz will thus receive a versatile, car-free city quarter around the Joanneum University of Applied Sciences with an exemplary mixture and outstanding living quality.
We are pleased about the successful realization: the high-rise building above the central access axis, the generous passageway, the wonderfully sunny balcony and loggia front with its wide views of the Graz house mountains and the happy children playing in the garden courtyard (free space planning: Carla Lo).
