The foundation slab is manufactured in sections in a total of three concreting stages. The connecting reinforcement for the later walls of the basement is already provided and professionally integrated. At the same time, the assembly of the first interior walls in the basement has begun, which will be designed as prefabricated hollow walls. The necessary recesses for door openings and the cable routing of the building’s technical equipment are already visible in the wall elements already installed. This creates the conditions for the subsequent expansion and installation work. In parallel, the formwork and reinforcement work for the other concreting sections continues continuously.
