In a quiet residential area, next to a primary school and a kindergarten, a new residential complex with underground car park is being built. The complex is located on a corner plot in Schwadorf, not far from the southern city limits of Vienna. Excellent transport links are provided by the main road to Vienna and a public transport bus stop not far from the site.
