The day before yesterday, the groundbreaking ceremony for the newly planned residential complex at Fischamender Straße 46 was celebrated in the idyllic residential area of Schwadorf, right next to a primary school and kindergarten. Located on the southern edge of Vienna, the property offers excellent transport links.
The residential complex will comprise two staircases and a total of 45 residential units. There will also be commercial space on the ground floor. The residential building will comprise three floors above ground, an attic and one floor underground. Each apartment will have its own outdoor space in the form of a terrace, balcony, loggia or private garden.
The groundbreaking ceremony was officially celebrated by the builder of ‘Neue Heimat Gemeinnützige Wohnungs- und Siedlungsges. Ges.m.b.H, Mr Christian Wieseneder; the mayor of Schwadorf, Jürgen Maschl; and Member of the National Council, Ms Silvia Kumpan-Takács MSc BA. During their presentations, they all emphasised the importance of the project for the community and future residents.
