Construction activities are currently focused on the execution of the upper floors and roof levels. In both building sections, slab sections have been concreted or prefabricated floor elements have been installed, followed by the construction of the walls above. At the same time, formwork, reinforcement and shoring works are being carried out in preparation for the upcoming concrete pours.
Inside the buildings, the future room layouts are already largely defined. In parallel, built-in components and service routes for the building services systems are being prepared. These works create the basis for the next construction phases and the subsequent interior fit-out.
