While the top floor of one building section is currently under construction, window units, including the required frame extensions, are already being installed in the second section. The pitched roof is also being constructed by the carpentry contractor.
Inside this building section, the metal framing for the drywall partitions is being erected and the first side is being boarded. Once the required services have been installed within the partitions, the second side will be closed. At the same time, the framing for the service wall linings is being installed, together with the associated pipework and sanitary installation frames for the kitchens and bathrooms. The supporting structure for the garage ramp canopy is also currently being installed.
