Following the start of construction work on the new residential development at Forsthausgasse 9, a ceremonial groundbreaking event on 23 September 2026 marked another important milestone for the project. Together with district mayor Christine Dubravac-Widholm and representatives of BUWOG Group GmbH and STRABAG AG, the occasion celebrated the delivery of a total of 256 apartments. Progress on site is already clearly visible: excavation is well advanced, while foundation and reinforcement works are under way.
