After a successful groundbreaking ceremony, work on the shell of Gartenheimstraße 45-47 in Vienna is already underway. In Staircase 1 of the residential complex, the basement and ground floor have been constructed and the ceiling above the ground floor is also under construction. In Staircase 2, the foundation slab is being constructed and the reinforcement is being installed.
