A lot has happened in the last few weeks. After a construction phase of five months, the structural work was successfully completed at the beginning of the new year. Therefore, the ceiling and wall panels were constructed from semi-prefabricated parts and the stairs inside the building were built in cast-in-place concrete. The exterior work of the building sealing is in progress and the installation of the windows will be completed shortly. The work inside the building is also progressing rapidly. The first substructures for the drywall in the residential units were already placed and the preparations for the installation and electrical work are progressing smoothly.
