The top floor and the ceiling above have been concreted in the last couple of weeks. The structural work took just ten months to complete. The Topping-out ceremony held on 30th November 2023 was the opportunity to thank everyone involved, including the STRABAG AG construction team and, most importantly, the hard-working construction workers. However, there has not just been progress on the building structure, as the interior finishing work is also well underway. The sanitary facilities on the first and second basement floors have been tiled and work has started on the acoustic suspended ceilings in the lecture theatres. The drywalls have already been sealed up to the first floor and the supporting structure has been installed on the third floor. Installation of the post and beam façade has almost been completed and the windows have gone in up as far as the fifth floor.
