Work to lay the parquet flooring has already started on the first two floors and is also in full swing on the façade. The balconies nearest to Krottenbachstraße will be finished next week. The extension to the garage is also nearly finished – work on the final retaining walls in the private gardens and on the ramp down to the second basement level is still ongoing. The existing garage will finally be linked up with the new extension next week. Nearly all of the balustrades on the internal stairs have been installed and work on the roof will also soon be completed.
