Significant progress has been made on the construction site in recent weeks.
In Building C, work on the changing rooms has progressed successfully. There, the waste water and rainwater pipes have been laid, and the preparatory sub-base has been laid as the foundation for the subsequent foundation work. In addition, the reinforcement and formwork work was completed and successfully inspected at the end of May. The subsequent concreting of the foundations marked another important milestone in the construction process.
Visible progress was also made in Building J: the soil replacement was completed and the waste water pipes laid. At the same time, excavation work continued on the embankment in the car park area.
In Section A – Existing Structure, the groundwork for the upcoming renovation work was laid. With the establishment of a sealed-off renovation area, including the necessary airlocks and ventilation system, the preparatory measures were completed. The renovation works are now underway.
In Building Section D, the next steps focus on the removal of the excavated material and the subsequent soil replacement. This will create the conditions for further construction work.
