There are plans to build a high-quality residential complex with terraced houses and multi-storey flats very close to Böheimkirchen railway station. This will be connected in both directions by a footpath to provide a direct connection between the station and the centre. The design includes flat types with two to four rooms as well as two-storey terraced houses, with the emphasis on flats with three rooms. Spacious penthouses with terraces complement the mix of compact floor plans with individual open spaces. Four blocks are being built, each with 20 flats, which will have allocated open spaces in the form of balconies, terraces or private gardens. The flats are designed to be barrier-free so that they can be adapted to potential changes in its residents’ circumstances. A play area forms the central element of the complex, which serves as a communication space and meeting point for the future residents. An underground car park connects the buildings below street level. The good footpath connection and ground-level bicycle storage areas should place the emphasis on environmentally friendly transport in the future.
