In the 21st district of Vienna, a residential complex with a total of 31 residential apartments and an underground parking garage with sufficient parking space is under construction. The residential building is located on Christian-Bucher-Gasse in the neighborhood of predominantly green residential areas. The location offers a convenient transport connection and also covers the demand for school and kindergarten locations. The property is divided into two structures with green space in the city center. The apartments in the garden are designed as townhouses. All flats have a spacious kitchen/living room with access to the outside space. The flat-related open spaces are secured on the ground floor by means of terraces, loggias, and partly adjoining gardens and on the upper floors by balconies, loggias, and terraces. The residential building will be planned in an environmentally friendly and ecological design. The increased strain on people due to the environmental influences of the city is taken into account by using building materials that are environmentally and health-friendly. The landscaping of the exterior space provides for an improved microclimate and a higher quality of life outdoors.
