In quiet situation close to centre, a dwelling-house arrangement is established in Himberg consisting of three construction bodies with altogether 116 flats with accompanying next rooms and an underground parking. The constructed area amounts to approx. 40% of the property surface. The immovable on which the dwelling-house arrangement is established, is limited south-sided by Bahnstrasse, west-sided by Hintere Ortsstrasse as well as east sided from Grenzackergasse.

Altogether 116 houses are split on three construction units. In construction unit 1 (Bahnstrasse 9) there are 46 housing units, in construction unit 2 (Grenzackergasse 1-5) 31 housing units and in construction unit 3 (Hintere Ortsstrasse 47-49) 39 housing units. The living effective areas reach from approx. 49 to 108 ms ².

The ground floor flats are equipped with a terrace and a tenant’s garden. The flats in 1st., 2nd. and in the 3rd upper floor dispose of balconies or loggias or terraces which are also accessible from the living room and partly also from the rooms. The flat development occurs in each case about a central staircase or an access gallery.

All houses are attainable by a lift suitable for the handicapped without barriers. Every construction unit disposes of a rubbish space, a baby carriage and bicycle storeroom in the ground floor. A dry space is in the basement.
