The school boarding house will be errected in Lambach an der Traun, a place southeast from Wels with about 3,500 inhabitants. The property adjoins to the agrarian education centre Lambach and should relieve the boarding school located already there.
The location has an excellent connection to the agriculture and forestry school and also the city centre is within walking distance.
The complex exists basically of two components which are connected on the ground floor with each other and are embedded in the slope which is located behind.
There are 75 home places which are split in 25 three-units, per about 50 m ². All residential units are equipped with own kitchenette, as well as bath and WC.
