On the area of the former barracks a residential building was erected und inclusion of an old excisting listed building. Four parts of a structure with access balconies offer apartments mainly orientated to the south side.The structures are connected by a grid of walking ways which includes the staircases, squares and landscaped areas.
Many different types of apartments are offered, reaching from one to four bedrooms. Ground floor and roof top apartments are maisonettes with terraces or private gardens.
An underground garage is accessible from each structure to provide maximum convenience.All apartments are occupied since the beginning of 2008.
