Everything is progressing according to schedule. On the 3rd and 2nd floors, the concrete screed has been completed and the drywallers are already working on the suspended ceilings and cable ducts. Each floor is to have a key colour, as the different colour schemes will make it easier for residents to find their way around.
For this purpose, the different floor colours have already been applied to a wall on the 3rd floor.
On the ground floor, the post and beam façade leading to the prestigious foyer and seminar room has been completed. Most of the drywall work has also been completed. The underfloor heating is currently being installed, followed by the filling of the floor structure.
There has also been some progress on the exterior. The facade scaffolding is in place. The ETICS façade is currently being glued in phase 2, while in phase 1 spackling is being carried out.
