In Schäffergasse, in the middle of the dense urban fabric of Vienna’s fourth district, an ecological housing complex is being built for the municipality of Vienna. Due to its focus on sustainable construction, the new municipal building is considered a showcase project par excellence.
On October 5, 2022, the project reached a milestone in its construction progress with the traditional topping-out ceremony. At the construction site, contractors and numerous project participants gathered to duly celebrate the achievements to date. On this occasion, construction participants, client representatives and architects addressed respectful words of thanks to all those involved. After the traditional speech a rich buffet was opened. We thank you for the successful topping-out ceremony and look forward to further cooperation!
