Since the official start of construction with the groundbreaking ceremony in June, construction work for the Alfons Maria Senior Center has been in full swing. The excavation pit has already been dug and secured. Likewise, the deep probes for the geothermal energy have been produced. The laying work for the sewer will also be completed soon. In construction phase 1, the floor slab has been concreted. Now the cranes are being erected. The next step will be to erect the precast walls on the first floor in the coming week.
