The construction schedule for the 106 residential flats in the Neurott district means that the individual structures are being built in stages separated by a few weeks. As a result, progress of construction can be clearly seen in each building component. In the first two components D and E, the reinforced concrete core that includes the basement and the staircase in the floors above ground has already been completed and the system girders and ceiling are already being installed. The construction work on building sections B and C is currently at the shell stage. At the same time, the infiltration trough for the semi-detached houses is being dug so that excavation can then begin. Rapid progress of the build can be guaranteed thanks to the use of semi-finished parts in the area of the reinforced concrete core and the system elements in the timber construction.
