The construction of “The Holly” project at Heiligengeistplatz 4 in Klagenfurt is already making noticeable progress. The facade has been built and the scaffolding is being dismantled, so the final result is already clearly visible. The interior work is also well advanced. The staircases and common areas have been completed. Some of the commercial spaces, such as a gym, several surgeries and the police station, are already occupied.
